KPSG Doors are manufactured as either Flushmount or with a standard 1-5/8" Offset. KPSG doors with the K78V latch are typically Offset. The strike used with this latch is also compatible with the K78S latch. 

K78V/K78CV/K78S Latches using a "Flushmount" Strike can be used on any door with an offset range of -1/8" to + 1/4" 

K78V/K78CV/K78S Latches using an "Offset" Strike can be used on any door with an offset range of 1-5/8" to 2-1/2"
